Cape Breton winters bring heavy snow and strong wind, and both affect where an outdoor unit should go. It needs clearance from drifting snow, room to drain defrost water and some shelter from the worst of the wind. Planning for that is what makes installations here different.

Older Homes and Plenty of Oil Heat
